Not at all. Participants don't need to arrive already knowing their Enneagram type. We'll provide guidance and resources ahead of the experience to help them begin exploring, and the workshop itself often gives people additional context for recognizing their patterns. 

For teams that want greater confidence going into the workshop, individual Type Clarity Sessions can also be added before the experience.

Because the Enneagram is based on motivation and patterns, not just behavior, identifying your type can take a little more reflection than simply taking a personality test. 

Depending on the experience, participants may use a complimentary typing questionnaire from Awareness to Action or a paid Enneagram Institute assessment that includes a personalized report. For teams that want additional support, we also offer individual Type Interview Sessions before the workshop or a group typing clarification session afterward to help participants explore questions and narrow in on their best-fit type.

A standalone workshop teaches your team the language of the Enneagram. The Team Development Program goes further by helping your team translate that language into its own workplace dynamics, communication patterns, friction points, and ways of working together.

Yes. Our Enneagram Champion Program is a train-the-trainer experience designed for HR, Learning & Development, People teams, and internal facilitators who want to keep the Enneagram in use after the initial training. 

Rather than turning internal leaders into Enneagram experts, we equip them to confidently reinforce the language, facilitate team conversations and activities, support new hires, update team maps, and recognize common “lost in translation” moments as they happen at work.

Yes. Enneagram MBA works with organizations that want to bring the Enneagram beyond a single team. Our Across the Org programs are designed for organizations bringing Enneagram workshops and team development to four or more teams or departments, creating a shared language that can carry across the workplace.

Programs can include a concentrated series of team workshops, cross-department experiences, manager support, and continued application based on your organization’s goals. Planning for two or three teams? We can build a multi-team engagement for that, too.

Our workshops are secular, inclusive, and focused on the situations people actually navigate at work -  communication, collaboration, feedback, conflict, leadership, change, and the everyday differences that can make working together easier or harder.

We use the Enneagram as a practical framework for understanding those differences, not to put people in boxes or label how someone will behave. The goal is to give teams a shared language they can use to better understand one another and work together.

Enneagram MBA team workshops currently start at $2,995 for virtual or shorter-format experiences, with half-day in-person workshops starting at $4,995. 

For teams looking for support beyond a single workshop, our Team Development Programs start at $9,995 and typically take place over three to four months. Multi-team and organization-wide programs are customized based on the number of teams, goals, format, and level of ongoing support.
